Being the resident MU expert Telepsychiatry HIE Since becoming CIO at Albemarle Health in 2005, Stephen Clark has made great strides in helping to advance the organization. A lot of larger organizations have a team of people that are dedicated just to focus on Meaningful Use. I don’t have that luxury.
