The HIPAA Accounting of Disclosures is obsolete and dangerous. I am using the word "applications" mostly generically, but clearly "FHIR Applications" are a proper subset of applications. As FHIR matures, this subset may become the only set of applications. This would be ideal, but is simply not realistic.
