Each day that passes, I’m seeing how ambient clinical voice has become the most impactful part of health IT since the $36 billion of stimulus money for EHR software.
As they roll out new leading-edge technologies – AI and automation, telehealth and remote monitoring, EHR optimization and patient engagement – they're realizing lasting positive outcomes for their patients and their bottom lines.
However, many healthcare providers now realize that providing telehealth solutions as a standard increases accessibility and patient satisfaction. Patient Portals Electronic health/medical records (EHR/EMR) have increased collaboration between healthcare providers, removing data silos and improving outcomes for patients.
It’s a nice casestudy of advances in analytics, AI, and EHR integration in modern healthcare. The information collected is useful not only for the visit itself, but for prior authorization and submitting claims.
This was one of the key learnings I found in this amazing casestudy published in the Management in Healthcare Journal, titled “ Improving patient outcomes while reducing readmissions with data analytics ”. Plus, this need is even more apparent when an acute care organization is engaged in value-based care contracts.
