As I said in my previous writeup at an EHR user conference, I believe there’s no way for the culture of a company not to appear at their user conference. Here’s a quick summary of some of the announcements made at the eClinicalWorks conference along with some of our own commentary on what was said and shared.
I recently was able to attend the Qualtrics X4 conference that’s focused on collecting and using data to improve the patientexperience. It’s always a fun event to attend because many conferences just talk about patientexperience anecdotally and in generalities.
Having attended multiple eClinicalWorks user conferences, one of their big efforts was to move all of their users to the eClinicalWorks cloud. The term “consumer experience” has become more prevalent in healthcare over the past couple of years. Many Health IT companies and organizations use the term interchangeably with “patientexperience”.
