PROPOSAL Chase began looking into telehealth vendor Avel eCare's emergency service line for the ED after one of the hospital's APPs came to Cyboron with a video about the technology and service and said they loved the idea of having someone live to help with questions.
For example, in Florida, Avel eCARE partnered with EMS workers to help get Regeneron delivered to homebound patients. As part of the government-funded program, Avel eCARE also provided critical care consulting to a small community hospital that was inundated with COVID-19 patients.
