The company recently announced the strategic acquisition of Lightning MD , a cloud-based medicalbilling and claims management company. The acquisition adds revenue cycle capabilities to Elation’s clinical-first EHR and Best in KLAS , virtual care platform. Elation Health continues to expand its primary care offerings.
” Most hospital EHRs did not offer a great patient experience. On the practice management and EHR front, where other vendors separate these products, the DrChrono platform offers seamless integration of both, Cheng said. “We had evaluated 15 EHR products prior to deciding on DrChrono’s platform,” he recalled.
DrChrono says its integrated EHR, practice management, revenue cycle management, payment acceptance, telehealth and medicalbilling services are currently in use at 4,600 independent practices and 13,000 providers across medical specialties.
