I recently was able to attend the Qualtrics X4 conference that’s focused on collecting and using data to improve the patientexperience. It’s always a fun event to attend because many conferences just talk about patientexperience anecdotally and in generalities. Check out the video below to learn more.
With this in mind, I sat down with V Cantrell, MD, CMO at HealthNet and Abigayle Gomez, EMR Director at HealthNet , at the eClinicalWorks annual conference to learn more about their recent move to the eCW cloud. They shared with me what went into the decision to move to the cloud and details of the results.
